Privacy policy.
How information about you is collected and used when you visit evayaorganics.com. The short version: we collect the minimum we need to reply to you and run a working website, we don't sell your data, and you can ask us to delete what we have at any time.
By visiting and using the Site, you are deemed to have agreed to this Policy. The Site is not designed for children under 16; if you believe we have any information from a child under 16, please contact us so we can investigate and, if appropriate, delete it as quickly as possible.

Information you provide.
When you contact us through our Contact Us form, we collect your name, email, and any information you choose to share in the body of your message. It is entirely your choice whether to provide this. If you choose not to, we won't be able to respond to your message.

We use web-server logs and cookies to track usage of the Site. A cookie is a small piece of data sent to your browser or mobile device. It is stored locally and helps the Site remember things about you to improve your experience.
Most web browsers let you prevent cookies from being placed. Disabling cookies may affect the availability and functionality of the Site.
Do-Not-Track signals. Your browser may allow you to set a Do Not Track preference. Our Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" or similar signals.

If you do not want your personal information collected, please do not submit it to us. If you have already submitted information and would like to review, correct, or remove it from our records, please email us. We may decline a request if we believe the change would violate any legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

You can set your browser to refuse all or some cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Site may not function properly.

Promotional offers from Evaya®.
To opt out of receiving our marketing emails, send a return email asking to be removed from future distributions, or email support@evayaorganics.com. Even after opting out, we may retain your contact information to address questions related to your order or service requests.

We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. Those third parties may provide opt-out mechanisms. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative on the NAI's website.

Right to know & portability.
You have the right to request that we disclose the categories of personal information we have collected about you, the sources we collected it from, our business or commercial purpose for collecting it, the categories of third parties we share it with, and the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.

Right to delete.
You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions under the CCPA (such as where the information is necessary to complete the transaction for which it was collected).

How to submit a request.
Email support@evayaorganics.com. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may submit a request. You may only submit a request to know twice within a 12-month period. We must reasonably verify your identity (or your representative's authority) before responding, and can't respond if we can't.
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of receipt unless we inform you of the need for an extension. We do not charge a fee unless the request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge different prices, provide a different level of quality, or suggest you may receive a different price or level of quality, based on you exercising your CCPA rights — unless permitted by the CCPA.

The Site may contain hyperlinks to other websites not owned, operated, or maintained by Evaya®. We are not responsible for the privacy policies, terms, information-use practices, or content of such other sites. Please review each third-party site's privacy policy before engaging.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide is stored on secure servers behind firewalls.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any data transmitted to our Site — any transmission is at your own risk.
