What does GOTS-certified mean?
Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS-10207). It's the strictest organic textile certification in the world — covering everything from how the cotton was grown to how it was milled, dyed and stitched.
Is it flame-resistant without harmful chemicals?
Yes. We use EverEden® New Zealand wool as a natural flame barrier — no boric acid, no halogenated flame retardants.
How does the 100-night trial work?
Give your body at least 60 nights to adjust. Any time after that, up to night 100, we'll coordinate pickup and refund your purchase, less a $199 return transportation fee.
What's included in delivery?
Free doorstep delivery is included with every mattress, anywhere in the lower 48. White Glove setup and old mattress removal is $199 and includes room-of-choice setup, packaging removal and old-mattress haul-away.
Will it work with an adjustable base?
Yes. The Bliss's pocket-coil and Talalay latex construction is fully compatible with adjustable bases.
