We are sorry that you may need to return your product. Your body needs 30 - 60 days to adjust to a new mattress. If after 60 nights you still feel you would like to return your item please contact us at support@evayaorganics.com.
- Shipping fees and optional in-home white glove services are non-refundable.
- If you would like to begin the return process please contact support@evayaorganics.com. Include your order number and reason for requesting a return.
- Pictures of defective items are required.
- For mattress, toppers and foundation returns, there will be a $199 return fee per mattress or foundation refunded
- You may only return one mattress, one foundation, or one PillowTopper per household per year.
