The Evaya Organic Return Policy. (Note that Evaya’s return policy varies by product.)

We are sorry that you need to return your product. Remember that your body needs 30-60 days to adjust to a new mattress! 

• Shipping fees and optional in-home white glove services are non-refundable.
• If you would like to begin the return process please contact support@evayaorganics.com. Include your order number and reason for requesting a return.
• Return policy is limited to our geographic service area.
• Pictures of defective items are required.
• Due to the fact that mattresses and toppers are difficult and expensive to ship, we ask that you donate your mattress to a local charity and you must keep proof of your donation/receipt to get your refund. Some examples of places to call in your community that would accept a mattress donation:
  • Local Charity: There are many organizations in your local neighborhood that would probably love to have sleep products for donations.
  • Catholic Charities: Many Catholic organizations work with homeless shelters and could either accept your donation or point you to someone who would.
  • Goodwill: Goodwill brings clothing and home goods to lower-income areas and accepts mattresses in good condition.
  • Salvation Army: Another great place for household goods and clothing. This group even offers pick-up services in certain locations.
• For mattress returns, there will be a $199 return fee per mattress or foundation refunded
• You may only return one mattress, one foundation, or one PillowTopper per household per year.
